Sarah Robichaud is a certified personal trainer and the resident on air fitness expert for CBS Early Morning Show in New York. Her mission is help the nation eliminate the barriers to becoming fit by providing fun, simple workout programs that can be implemented seamlessly into any busy day.
In 2006 Sarah Authored the internationally released book "Working On The Ball - A Simple Guide to Office Fitness", providing readers with the tools to incorporate fitness in the workplace.
Sarah is also a professional dancer who has founded a charitable organization called Dancing with Parkinson’s, a revolutionary program which provides dance classes for those living with Parkinson’s disease.
