This is his story:  Philippe didn’t always love the work he did.  Living life with fear was a way of life for him.  He hated his job, was overweight and felt complete despair. His top concern was actually making it out of bed every morning.  He owned a car that leaked and collected puddles in the foot wells.  These were not good times.  And, he was in a job he hated and vowed to be in this job no longer then 6 months.  It had been 3 years by now. 

Then in July of 2003 everything changed.    Philippe was sitting in the CEO’s office and was told him he had gifts and talents that he wasn’t using and was too afraid to share them with people.  So he set out to figure out if it was possible to realize his potential and face the ultimate professional fear.  Could he quit his job that he hated to find something better?

A week later he placed all his possessions on the front lawn and sold everything and moved across the country.  On that day, he made a decision to only do work he loved.. He would devote the next several years of his life learning how to do this and undertook rigorous training in this area to become a certified career coach for North America. 

Philippe’s big break however came when he was hired by a leading career development firm to help professionals with 5-25 years of experience to land work in their chosen field within 12 weeks.  He flourished in this goal driven environment and soon found himself sharing some of the highest success rates in placements and success stories.
